Roast Loin of Pork with Garlic, Rosemary & SageWiltshire Bacon Co
This little addition is to our previous recipe for The Roast Pork Loin with Crackling and it makes a very tasty alternative.
Prepare the herbs and click the link to follow the recipe-it’s as easy as that!
3 garlic cloves, a handful of fresh rosemary, fresh sage, pinch black peppercorns and 4 tablespoons good quality oil-olive/rapeseed/sunflower-take your choice.
Rinse the herbs, peel the garlic and add to the liquidizer with the oil and black pepper(or pestle and mortar if you have one)
Take a suitable freezer bag to add the Outdoor Reared Pork Loin and pour in the mix, give a good shake and leave in the refrigerator for a few hours.
