Black pudding is a traditional sausage made in Great Britain and other parts of Europe. Our traditional black pudding is made with fresh ingredients including pork blood and barley in a natural edible casing, with a beautiful velvety texture and deep rich flavour.
It’s delicious and good for you too because it’s packed with protein and iron, but virtually carb free. Black pudding is hailed as a superfood and we are delighted to see this traditional treat making a comeback.
