Pork Stilton & Apricot Sausages.   A perfect combination for cheese lovers who appreciate the rich, piquant flavour of a cheese often referred to as the World’s finest!

First of all you have the chunks of tasty stilton, in contrast with the sweetness of fruity apricots.     Our sausages deliver on the strong smell and flavour of good quality chunks of stilton, and the firm flesh of the apricot, making this the King of all Sausages.

We only use outdoor reared British Pigs from Farms in the South West of the Country.  Most noteworthy is that we use the primal cuts of the pig to make our sausages.

Ideal for baking, grilling or cooking on the barbecue.
