Pork & Chive Sausages

Pork & Chive Sausages.   A tasty Pork Sausage with finely sliced chives.  Chives are a member of the onion family.  Contrasted with a perfect blend of spices, this combination adds a touch of colour and a freshness to this tasty sausage.   As a result you end up with a delicious treat to brighten up any meal.

We only use outdoor reared British Pigs from Farms in the South West of the Country.  Most noteworthy is that we use the primal cuts of the pig to make our sausages.
