Our Smoked streaky bacon is from our British outdoor-reared pigs. Regardless of the cut, all of our bacon is from the best quality pig assuring you of the best in flavour and taste.
Traditionally dry cured for 21 days and then naturally smoked for around 14 hours over oak smoked chips. As you would expect with streaky bacon, there is a higher fat content which enables the bacon to absorb all that fabulous smoky flavour. We do not use any colourings, water or chemicals during our smoking process. The success of our product is through the use of traditional techniques polished over the years to produce amazing smoked bacon with a mouth-watering taste.
We slice and pack all our bacon on site. Delivered to your door in temperature controlled chilled boxes ready for you to enjoy.
All our products are suitable for home freezing on day of receipt. So you can divide up your pack of Smoked Streaky Bacon and pull out rashers as you need them. Ideal for our new kilo size pack. Why not try our bacon added to Spaghetti Carbonara.
