It’s hard to resist a really good gammon steak and we know ours are excellent. We cut them from the horseshoe gammon, right in the middle of the joint so they are thick, juicy and delicious. We trim them well and leave the rind on for a serious flavour boost.
Unlike gammon available in supermarkets, ours are not pumped up with water or chemicals, so are mouth-wateringly meaty, full of flavour and will keep their size and shape when cooked. Fry them quickly on the hob or, for a healthier option that’s just as delicious, cook under the grill or on the barbecue.
