Returns – If you don’t like your purchase
We want you to be completely satisfied with the products you order from us. If you have any problems, or if for any reason you are not happy with your goods, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
Refunds or product replacements are made entirely at our discretion.
If you wish to cancel your order
If you wish to amend, return or cancel your order, contact us immediately.
Amendments or Cancellations can usually be accepted up until 9.30am on the day prior to delivery*
*We cut all our products to order especially for you. If it has already left us via our courier, we cannot make changes to the order.
