Our Smoked Rindless Back Bacon is produced from outdoor-reared British pigs.
Traditionally dry cured for 21 days and then naturally Smoked over Oak Chips for around 14 hours. There is no colouring, water or chemicals added during our process. Just time and traditional techniques polished over the years produce our amazing Smoked Back Bacon giving it a mouth-watering flavour. Neither does the bacon shrink when you put it in the pan.
We slice and pack all our bacon on site and deliver in chilled boxes for you to enjoy. Gold winner for 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017.
