Pork & Black Pudding Sausages

Our Pork & Black Pudding Sausages are made with fresh prime British Pork.   Added to the Pork is freshly ground cracked black pepper and chopped tomatoes.  Finally the fresh diced black pudding is folded into the mixture to keep the texture and coarseness of the pudding.

Black Pudding is described as a Superfood.

Therefore the combination is a hearty sausage offering a mouth-watering experience.

All our Sausages are made from British Outdoor Reared Pigs using only the primal cuts of the Pig.  All our sausages are made the traditional way by hand by our team of Butchers.   The result is that they may vary in shape and size.

The sausages are ideal when creating a healthy, hearty casserole recipe.
