This 350g pack of Berkshire Smoked Streaky Bacon is produced from pure bred pedigree Berkshire Pigs, free-range pigs that are left to roam and root around eating exactly what they want-all contributing to the outstanding flavours of the native breed.
Traditionally dry cured for 21 days and then naturally Oak Smoked for around 14 hours.
High-fat content so the bacon absorbs all that fabulous smoky flavour.
There is no colouring, water or chemicals added during our smoking process, just time and traditional techniques polished over the years to produce amazing smoked bacon with a mouth-watering taste.
We slice and pack all our bacon on site and deliver in chilled, temperature controlled boxes for you to enjoy.
All our products are suitable for home freezing so you can pull out a pack for any day and defrost in a few hours. Try our bacon added to Spaghetti Carbonara.
