The Pork Apple & Leek Sausage is Wiltshire Bacon’s own recipe and a firm favourite of ours.
A tasty Pork Sausage with the fresh bite of finely chopped leeks. This is softened by the contrasting sweetness of pureed apple. Every mouthful gives a different flavour, as a result making them a delicious treat to brighten up any meal.
We only use outdoor reared British Pigs from Farms in the South West of the Country. Most noteworthy is that we use the primal cuts of the pig to make our sausages. Every sausage is different in shape and size. This is because they are made the old fashioned way, by hand.
