Our Ribs are cut from the underside of the belly of pork. They can be grilled, roasted, slow roasted and of course our favourite-barbecued.
Produced from our British outdoor-reared pigs. Our pigs are given as much space to roam outside as they like because we know that they have a good, happy life make the most delicious pork for our ribs.
